Brown, 52, of Selinsgrove, was southbound when his tri-axle truck crashed in Lehigh Township, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.
He died from injuries sustained in the crash and the manner of death was accidental, authorities said.
Route 145 was closed between Blue Mountain Drive and Birch Drive for about three hours while crews worked the scene, according to township police.
